Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how returns work — no jargon, no runaround.

You've got 30 days
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Reach out within that window and we'll take care of you.

What we need from you
To keep things smooth, returned items should be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
  • Back in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Sent with your order number or confirmation email so we can find you fast

Arrived damaged, defective, or wrong?
That's on us. Email us at cs.artieclothing@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a couple of photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — return shipping included, at no cost to you.

Changed your mind?
No stress — you can still return it within 30 days. Just note that for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is on you and the original shipping cost isn't refunded. Message us first and we'll send you the return details.

A few things we can't take back

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at purchase)
  • Customized or personalized pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Bundles returned incomplete

Your refund
Once we receive your return and check it over, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a little longer to land.

How to start a return

  1. Email cs.artieclothing@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if it's a damage or defect claim).
  2. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with the go-ahead and return instructions.
  3. Once approved, ship your item back within 7 days using the details we provide.

Items sent back without prior approval, or that don't meet the conditions above, can't be refunded. Questions? Hit us up via chat or the contact page — we're happy to help.
