Order processing
We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. During busy
periods or promotions this can occasionally take a little longer — if
there's any significant delay, we'll let you know by email.

Shipping options & delivery times
- Standard Shipping — FREE on every order, no minimum.
  Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping — €14.99 flat.
  Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees.
We can't be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather,
or customs clearance.

Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside our home country may be subject to import duties,
taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These are the
customer's responsibility and aren't included at checkout. If a parcel is
refused or returned because these fees weren't paid, we can't be held liable.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders
Risk of loss passes once your order is handed to the carrier. If your
tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, or it
arrives damaged, email us at cs.artieclothing@gmail.com within 14 days of
the delivery date and we'll help sort it out.

A note on chargebacks
If something's wrong, talk to us first — we're quick to make it right.
Opening a chargeback before reaching out slows things down for everyone.
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of repeated fraudulent claims.
