Order processing
We process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. During busy periods or promotions this can occasionally take a little longer. If there's any significant delay, we'll let you know by email.

Shipping options and delivery times

Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $6.95 (shown in your local currency at checkout). Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: flat rate of €14.99 (shown in your local currency at checkout). Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs clearance.

Customs, duties and taxes
We ship with duties and taxes paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes are covered in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives. If a carrier or customs office ever asks you for an additional fee, don't pay it: email us at cs.artieclothing@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow it any time from the Track Order page.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, or it arrives damaged, email us at cs.artieclothing@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll help sort it out.

A note on chargebacks
If something's wrong, talk to us first. We're quick to make it right, and opening a chargeback before reaching out slows things down for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of repeated fraudulent claims.
