DIAMOND WAFFLE STRAIGHT SHORTS

The texture is what gets you. Most shorts are plain terry, plain fleece or plain cotton — these are cut from a 330g diamond-pattern waffle knit, a geometric surface that catches the light differently in every colourway. Up close it reads genuinely elevated; from across the room it just looks like a more considered short.

The knit is soft against the skin and breathable, with enough give that the straight leg moves without going slack. At 330g it holds its structure and drapes cleanly off the hip while staying wearable through the warmer months.
