RUINS WASHED ZIP VEST

Cut the sleeves off a heavyweight hoodie, keep the hood and the full-length zip, and this is what you get. The Ruins Washed Zip Vest is built from 400g pure cotton in a double-yarn knit — dense, hard-wearing and with enough body to hold its shape without going stiff.

The colour is put on by wax-resist batik dyeing and then washed back, so every piece comes out of the bag already broken in, with a deep, slightly uneven tone. Full front zip, attached hood, low kangaroo pocket, ribbed hem.

This is cut very wide — 140 cm around the chest in S — because it is meant to go over a hoodie. If you want it as a top layer on its own, size down.
