Waist measurement is taken flat across one side, double for full circumference. Female model is 5'8" / 130 lbs and wears size M. Male model is 6'2" / 216 lbs and wears size XL. Fit is relaxed and wide through the leg. Size down one if you prefer a slimmer silhouette.
